How much do you charge for shipping?
Tags & Accessories – We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all Tags & Accessories.
Signs, Collars & Other Products – Orders containing other items than Tags & Accessories are charged a shipping fee based on the amount of products ordered. Please see details set out below:
1 Product – £1.20
2 Products – £2.00
3 Products – £2.95
4 Products – £3.75
5+ Products – £4.95
How soon will I receive my order?
Once we have received confirmation of your order and payment we aim to dispatch it within 2 working days.
In the UK, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim for your order to be received within 3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days, especially during the holiday season.
Outside of the UK, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Small Package Airmail. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim for your order to be received within 5 working days but please allow up to 15 working days, especially during the holiday season.
What if I don’t receive my order?
In the rare event that your Pet Tag doesn’t arrive within these time frames we ask that you please contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We will respond within 24 hours & we will always resolve any situation that may arise.
Can I return my Pet ID Tag?
We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisifed we ask that you contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We will respond within 24 hours. You will be given the choice to return the dog tag for a full refund or choose a replacement. (Please note, PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any return postage costs on pet tags returned).
The details are wrong on my pet tag
Where a mistake has been made on our part we will happily replace the pet ID tag or offer a full refund. However, if a mistake was made by the customer when providing the text details PS Pet Tags will not be liable. For this reason we ask that you check & re check all details provided.
