Payment, Shipping & Returns

What Forms of Payment Do You Accept? 

ONLINE - We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card or PayPal, both are secure online payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro & JCB through our secure payment processor. Upon checkout you will asked to enter your payment details visa our secure server, enabling you to choose your payment method and enter your payment details. 

You may also use Paypal for all card payments, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply select 'Checkout with Paypal' as your payment option. You will then be transferred to Paypal. You will see an option that says ' Don't Have a Paypal Account - Pay By Card'. Here you may use Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Discover, American Express, Solo & Maestro.

My transaction appears as The Brate Group Ltd upon payment, why is this?

PS Pet Tags is part of The Brate Group Ltd and all payments are processed through this name.

All prices shown are in Pound Sterling. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Consumer Pet Tags,  Accessories - We offer FREE Royal Mail 1st Class shipping on all orders within the UK. You can choose to upgrade your shipping to 1st Class Signed For upon checkout if you wish to.

Orders outside the UK

Orders to the rest of the world are dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked at a cost of £11.95 per order. PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any Customs charges arising from your order.

Delivery Timing

Once we have received confirmation of your order and payment we aim to dispatch within 2 working days but it is often sooner.

In the UK, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 1st Class unless upgraded at checkout to 1st Class Signed For. Your order will arrive with your normal post. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim for your order to be received within 1-7 working days but please allow up to 10 working days, especially during the holiday season. 

All orders will arrive with your normal, everyday post.

The delivery aim to Europe is 7-10 working days and 10-14 working days for the rest of the world. However, please allow 21 working days for your order to arrive. PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any Customs charges arising from your order.

What if I don't receive my order? In the rare event that your Pet Tag doesn't arrive within these time frames we ask that you please contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We will respond within 24 hours & we will always resolve any situation that may arise.

Can I return my order?

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We will respond within 24 hours. You will be given the choice to return the dog tag for a full refund or choose a replacement. (Please note, PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any return postage costs on pet tags returned). PS Pet Tags will not be responsible for any returned orders that are lost in transit. For the reason, we suggest you use a tracked service. 

The details are wrong on my pet tag Where a mistake has been made on our part we will happily replace the pet ID tag or offer a full refund. However, if a mistake was made by the customer when providing the text details PS Pet Tags will not be liable. For this reason we ask that you check & re check all details provided.
