Making A Purchase We have created our website so that making a purchase through us is incredibly simple and stress free. Simply add your required item/s to your cart and checkout!

Please note the font size used on the rear of the tag, will bear reflection to amount of custom text applied to the tag. We state that there is a maximum of 25 characters per line. If you choose to select more characters than 25 per line, we will not be held responsible for the size of the text used in order to fit all your requested text.

ONLINE - We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card or Paypal, both are secure online payments.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro & JCB through our secure payment processor. Upon checkout you will asked to enter your payment details visa our secure server, enabling you to choose your payment method and enter your payment details. 

You may also use Paypal for all card payments, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Simply select 'Checkout with Paypal' as your payment option. You will then be transferred to Paypal. You will see an option that says ' Don't Have a Paypal Account - Pay By Card'. Here you may use Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Discover, American Express, Solo & Maestro.

BUY THREE TAGS, GET A FOURTH FREE - In order to receive this special offer you must add 4 tags to your cart to receive one absolutely free. The cheapest tag will be free. This offer can only be used once per transaction. All tags must be purchased within one transaction. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon code.

Is It Safe To Shop Online? 

Yes it is extremely safe. When you get to the point in our website where you are required to enter your credit card details you will see a padlock icon on the right in the status bar at the bottom of your browser window. This indicates that you are using a secure connection and that all information entered will be encrypted.

My transaction appears as The Brate Group upon payment, why is this?

PS Pet Tags is part of The Brate Group and all payments are processed through this name.

All prices shown are in Pound Sterling. 

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an Approved Status Email. We have included this term to protect both you and us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders. We reserve the right to refuse any orders that we view as in breach of copyright or are unsuitable for sale to the general public.

In agreeing to our terms and conditions you are agreeing to sign up to our monthly newsletter, in which you may opt out at any time.

Disclaimer Please always check the personalisation details and tag requirements you have selected. We will not be held responsible for tags that have the wrong details on them as a result of the details/selections made by you. Please use capital and lower case letters where you require them as we will always duplicate exactly what you have written in each box. Where a mistake has been made on our part we will happily replace the tag or offer a full refund.

Liability The Brate Group Limited (PS Pet Tags) will not be responsible for any damage caused to your dog, you or others, related or as a consequence of the pet tag, inappropriate usage of the products you purchase from us, damaged pet tags, nor from any loss resulting from an accident, such as, but not limited to the loss of your dog.

Create Your Own Tags In sending PS Pet Tags your own design/slogan/logo/image/picture (content) to be put on a tag, you are agreeing that you own all rights to any content including applicable copyrights and trademarks. You agree to NOT email or otherwise transmit any content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. As a guideline, you may contribute only original work that you have created yourself from original elements. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the creation and compilation of your content, and that neither PS Pet Tags nor any other party involved with the production of any product incorporating such content assumes that responsibility. You agree that you are responsible for actions and communications undertaken under your account. You acknowledge that PS Pet Tags does not pre-screen submitted content but we reserve the right to refuse any order that does not adhere to our guidelines above and that is not in compliance with the terms and conditions stated by PS Pet Tags.

Dispatch & Shipping Once we have received confirmation of your order and payment we aim to dispatch within 2 working days.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Consumer Tags,  Accessories Signs & Pet Memorials - We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the UK.  For all orders shipped outside of the UK, we charge a flat rate fee of £2.50 per order.

Delivery Timing - PLEASE SEE SHIPPING PAGE IN REGARDS TO RECENT ROYAL MAIL STRIKE (OCTOBER 2022)

In the UK, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim for your order to be received within 3 working days but please allow up to 7 working days, especially during the holiday season.

Outside of the UK, all orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail Small Package Airmail. Once dispatched, Royal Mail aim for your order to be received within 5 working days but please allow up to 15 working days, especially during the holiday season.

All orders will arrive with your normal, everyday post.

Orders outside the UK

The Brate Group LTD does not process any customs or VAT charges outside of the UK. Any Customs or VAT charges that arise from orders through PS Pet Tags are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check any Customs or VAT liabilities in the country you are shipping the order to before ordering.

Guarantee

We work hard to produce the highest quality products, however, now & again defects may happen during manufacture. If the text on your tag should ever become unreadable we will replace your tag free of charge. Our Guarantee DOES NOT cover general wearing of the tag and any other circumstances other than the tag becoming illegible. Our guarantee does not cover illegible tags which are as a result of being chewed by a pet or any wear deemed excessive or beyond standard usage of a pet tag.

In order for us to replace your tag, we will need your original tag posted back to us along with a proof of purchase (Please note, PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any return postage costs on tags returned). Returned tags which we deem to have been tampered with will not be covered under our Guarantee. You will not be given the option of changing your design or text. Your replacement tag will be an exact replica as the original tag. We recommend tags are sent back to us using a 'signed for' service. We will not accept any responsibility for any items lost in the post & will not be able to replace any tags lost in transit.

We reserve the right to issue a refund in lieu of a replacement tag in certain circumstances. 

Returns Policy We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We will respond within 24 hours. You will be given the choice to return the tag for a full refund or choose a replacement. (Please note, PS Pet Tags will not be liable for any return postage costs on tags returned). We must be informed within 7 days of receipt and the item must be returned in its original unused condition. Returned items must be received within 14 days. Please note, we recommend you return any item via a secure service as we cannot be held responsible for items getting lost in the post. Failing that, we suggest you retain proof of postage. Please note, the customer is liable for all return postage costs. Once we have received your returned item the contract between PS Pet Tags and yourself is cancelled and you will be refunded. In the situation of the goods showing signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to appropriate compensation. Please allow 1 week for exchanges and returns to be processed. If your goods arrive damaged, please contact us via email and we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Faulty goods are fully-refundable, including cost of delivery and return. We ask that you please inform us within 48 hours if your goods arrive damaged. Your statutory rights as a customer are not affected by any of these policies.

Retailer Minimum Order

We presently have no minimum order quantity for our Retailer Orders.

Wholesale Minimum Order

In order to gain our Wholesale Terms, there is a minimum order of 250 Tags.

Re-sale Terms

All goods purchased from the Company for resale must be sold by the purchaser only in the condition as sold or prescribed by the Company and in particular all labels, wiring and packaging must remain intact and not be tampered with, altered or obliterated in any way.

The Company maintains a policy of product upgrade and improvement through continuous development. Therefore we reserve the right to change the product specification at any time without prior warning.

Wholesale/Retailer Returns Policy

All products are sold subject to availability and are not offered on a sale or return basis. However, we want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied we ask that you contact us on sales@pspettags.com. We must be informed within 2 days of receipt and the item must be returned in its original unused condition. Returned items must be received within 7 days. All claims for incorrect or damaged deliveries must be made within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

Our liability to You under or in any way related to the sale and purchase of goods or otherwise whether involving Our negligence or not shall only extend to giving an appropriate credit for or repayment of the price paid by You for
defective goods.

Nothing in these conditions shall affect Your duty to mitigate Your losses. Save as set out above We shall not have any liability whatsoever to You under or if any way related to the sale and purchase of the Goods or otherwise (whether
