We are more than happy to place your own design or image onto one of our Pet ID Tag. We simply ask that you upload your required image in the correct field above.

We except the following files .pdf .psd .jpg .bmp .tiff .png

Within 24 hours of your order, we will send over a proof via email for your approval before the production of your tag so please be on the look out for this! We cannot ship your order until we receive confirmation that you are happy with your tag design.

We reserve the right to refuse any order that does not adhere to our guidelines above and that is not in compliance with the terms and conditions stated by PS Pet Tags.
