Jake & Willy's Blog - Part 1

By Jake & Willy Hi all, we’re Jake and Willow (Willy for short!). We are always watching the humans write this thing called a Blog so we thought we’d give it a go…after all, we really are the most interesting ones in the office! Firstly, we would like to introduce ourselves properly. I am an 18 month old wolf dog who works in the office at PS Pet Tags. I was adopted at 8 weeks old and I love my human pack. We decided the pack was a little too small in April so we adopted another member, 7 month old Willy! We are best friends and love spending all our time together. A day for us generally goes something like this:

•  Wake the humans up, sometimes we will let them hit the snooze button and give them five more minutes!

•   Wait patiently by the door for our morning walk; we love to sniff the cold air first thing in the morning at this time of the year!

•   Mid walk we like to sit opposite a field and take in the beautiful countryside of Devon, this also gives the humans a chance to have a break!

•   Back home, time for a bit of breakfast, we like it raw and wriggly! Willy’s fave is beef whilst I’m a fan of chicken!

•   After breakfast, it’s time to head to the offices of PS Pet Tags. First things first, we need to check all messages and reply as soon as possible. The humans have taught us the importance of great customer service and we understand how importance each and every customer is…our food isn’t going to buy itself!

•   Willy will deal with all the orders stacking up in the inbox, whereas I am the design man – got a tag you need designing?? Just ask for Jake! I am always getting new ideas for tags just by listening to the humans around me!

•   We like to squeeze in at least 5 good naps during the day and we will leave the humans in charge during this time but don’t worry, we have trained them well and they are more than capable!

•   Towards the end of the day we need to do all the packing and franking of all the parcels…we do find wrapping a bit difficult without thumbs!

•   Once all packed up we make our way over to the Post Office and drop all our parcels off. We love doing this as it means another doggie is so close to being properly identified by a really cool PS Pet Tag!

Once the end of the day arrives, we pack the humans up and take them back to the den. After another walk and another delicious dinner, we like to relax by watching a bit of TV. My favourite is Pets Go Wild but Willy enjoys Dog the Bounty Hunter! Thanks for reading and keep a look out for more from us. This Blog thing is kinda fun! Woof woof, Lick, Lick xx
